How to download your Hinge data

Like every dating app, Hinge must give you a copy of your data on request. The export covers your likes, matches, the messages you sent, and your account details.

Requesting the export

1. Open the Hinge app.
2. Go to Settings and scroll to Download My Data.
3. Confirm the request. Hinge quotes up to 30 days but the export typically arrives within 24–48 hours.
4. You'll get an email with a download link to a ZIP archive. The link is valid for a limited time.

What's in the archive

The archive contains an export folder with several files. RizzStats needs two of them:

• matches.json — every interaction: likes you sent, matches, your messages, and whether you said you met
• account.json — your signup date, birthday and gender

As with Tinder, only the messages you sent are included.

What RizzStats shows you

Upload both files on the upload page and you get your like-to-match conversion rate, reply rate, and your activity month by month. Hinge doesn't export daily usage the way Tinder does, so the timeline is built from your likes, matches and messages instead.
