Terms of Service

The service

RizzStats is operated by X Group AS ("we"). It turns dating app data exports you upload into personal statistics and visualizations. The service is provided as-is; we aim for accuracy but the numbers are derived from whatever the dating apps put in your export.

Your data

Only upload exports of your own data. You keep ownership of everything you upload; you grant us the right to process it to provide the service. Privacy handling, sharing and deletion are described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't upload other people's data, attempt to breach or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may remove accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on your statistics. Dating outcomes remain, regrettably, your own responsibility. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

RizzStats+ and payment

Uploading your export and seeing your dashboard is free. RizzStats+ is an optional paid upgrade that adds the full AI Studio, deep analytics and all benchmarks. It is sold two ways: $9/mo, which renews automatically each month until you cancel, and a one-time $49 lifetime purchase, which does not renew.

Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, so we never see your card details. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancel anytime from Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you have already paid for runs out. We do not charge for a renewal you have cancelled before it falls due.

If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel instead.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer in the EEA you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of a digital service and get your money back.

Because RizzStats+ starts working immediately, we ask you at checkout to confirm that you want access to start straight away and that you understand this ends your right of withdrawal once it does. That confirmation is a tick box. It is never pre-ticked, and we do not open checkout without it. If you would rather keep the full 14 days, don't tick it and contact us instead, and we will arrange the purchase without immediate access.

If you haven't accepted immediate access, you can withdraw within 14 days for a full refund. Beyond that we don't offer refunds for time already elapsed, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the period you've paid for ends.

Something went wrong with a charge, or you were billed after cancelling? Tell us and we will fix it.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
