Frequently asked questions

Is RizzStats free?
Yes. The upload and your whole dashboard cost nothing, and you don't need an account to see them. Premium adds the AI Profile Roast; the numbers stay free either way.
How long does the export take to arrive?
Tinder usually sends the download link within a day or two, and Hinge has been slower for most people. Neither is instant, so it's worth requesting the file before you actually want it. The upload wizard remembers where you were if you close the tab while waiting.
Which files do I upload?
Tinder: the .zip (or data.json inside) from your data download. Hinge: the .zip (or matches.json + account.json inside). See our guides for Tinder and Hinge.
Can anyone else see my data?
No. Your insights belong to your session or account. Create a share link and the public page carries derived statistics and monthly charts, never your city, age, bio or messages. The one exception is Market Insights: opting in lets us use your data, message text included, for internal research and benchmarks, and you can switch it off in Settings whenever. Details in the privacy policy.
Do I need an account?
No. Upload and read your insights anonymously. Making an account later carries your data across devices, and everything you already uploaded comes with you.
How do I delete my data?
From your account page, one click deletes everything: uploads, statistics and share links. Anonymous sessions that never convert to an account are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Why don't I see response times?
Because the data isn't there. Tinder and Hinge both export only the messages you sent; the other half of every conversation is somebody else's personal data, and they don't hand it over. There's no honest way to compute a response time without it, so we leave the metric out rather than estimate one.
Which apps does RizzStats work with?
Tinder and Hinge can be uploaded and analyzed today, and if you use both you get separate insights per app, side by side. Support for other apps is in progress. Every app has to give you your data on request regardless, so asking for your export now costs nothing and means it's already sitting in your inbox when we add your app.
